两种不同肠内营养途径治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效

[摘要]目的：探讨胃管饲与空肠营养管治疗对急重型胰腺炎患者血淀粉酶及营养状况的影响。方法：将58例重症胰腺炎患者自愿使用空肠营养管为研究对象分成两组，常规组(28例)管饲或口服短肽胰腺专用营养制剂、治疗组(30例)鼻空肠管滴入短肽型胰腺专用营养制剂。比较两组血淀粉酶及营养状况指标在治疗后的差异。结果：活疗组较常规组血AMY显著改善(P0.01)；氮平衡(NB)的改善差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；BMI指标变化趋势明显；ALB、Hb有改善但无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论：通过液囊空肠营养管对急重症胰腺炎患者进行肠内营养治疗，方案简单有效，经济实用，对急重型胰腺炎患者有普遍适用性，可以推广运用。
