摘要：急性胰腺炎的诊治指南是临床医师救治急性胰腺炎尤其是重度急性胰腺炎(SAP)的重要依据，但是中国国目前存在很多环节在认识和实施上不统一的现状，直接影响到急性胰腺炎的救治效果和成功率。该文从急性胰腺炎的诊断标准、病情判断、病因判断和治疗措施四个方面，就其中临床关心的焦点问题做一阐述，希望能引起关于急性胰腺炎临床诊治的思考和讨论。

Abstract：Theguidelineonthediagnosisandtreatmentofacutepancreatitisisthemostimportantreferenceforthosewhotreatsevereacutepancreatitis.However，thecurrentdiscrepancyontheopinionleadstodifferentcurerateofsuchdisease.Thecurrentreviewfocusedonthediagnosisstandard，judgmentofseverity，etiologyanalysisandtreatmentofacutepancreatitis.Furtherdiscussionsneedtobemadetoimprovetheeffectoftreatmentonthedisease.
